Avoiding gluten, or just want a lighter pizza? Durkin’s offers three alternative crusts, each topped with the same house sauce and toppings as our classic pies.
Pick Your Crust
Rice flour is our lightest, crispiest gluten-free option. Ancient grains gives a heartier, nutty bite. Cauliflower is a veggie-forward crust for anyone cutting back on carbs. All three come in our 10” size and can be topped with any of our 20+ toppings or turned into a specialty pizza – even our paneer tikka.
Round Out the Meal
Add a half or full salad – the Arugula, Greek and Spinach salads are favorites – for a lighter lunch or dinner near Craig Ranch and the Custer Rd & SH 121 area.
A Note on Gluten
Our kitchen also makes regular wheat dough every day, so we can’t guarantee a completely gluten-free environment. If you have celiac disease or a severe allergy, please let us know when you order.
