What Is Tikka Pizza?

Tikka is marinated, bite-size pieces of paneer or chicken simmered in a rich, spiced masala gravy. We spread it over our fresh-made dough with mozzarella, then finish it with red onion and fresh cilantro. The result is creamy, a little smoky and full of warm spice – comfort food from two traditions on one pie.

Paneer tikka is a vegetarian favorite: paneer is a fresh cottage cheese that holds its shape in the oven and soaks up the masala. Chicken tikka brings the same sauce with tender marinated chicken.
