Privacy Policy

This explains what information our website collects, why, and how long we keep it. Last updated October 1, 2026.

Who we are

Durkin’s Pizza, 8930 State Hwy 121 Ste 594, McKinney, TX 75070 · 972.727.8400 · inquiry@durkinspizza.com.

Information you send us

When you use our contact, catering or job application forms, we receive what you type (such as your name, email, phone number, address and message) and, for job applications, any resume you attach. Form messages are emailed to us so we can reply. Resumes are attached to that email and are not stored on our website.

Visits and button clicks

To understand how people use our site and to spot fake or fraudulent clicks on our ads, our website records page visits, the time spent on each page and clicks on buttons such as Order Online, Call and Get Directions. Each record includes the date and time, the page, the button, how you arrived (for example from a Google ad or search), your device type and browser, and your IP address. These records are kept for 35 days and then deleted. We use them only within our business.

Google Analytics and Google Ads

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement, which use cookies to report how visitors find and use our site and how our ads perform. Google does not give us your identity. You can learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services, or opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or your browser’s cookie settings.

Ordering, gift cards and catering partners

Online orders are handled by ChowNow, delivery by Favor, catering orders by ezCater and gift cards by SkyTab. When you use them, their own privacy policies apply to the information you give them.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our website, email and analytics (such as our web host, our email provider and Google), or when required by law.

Your choices

You can ask what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing inquiry@durkinspizza.com or calling 972.727.8400.

Children

Our website is meant for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
